Account & Data Deletion
Instructions for managing and deleting your WebTalky account and data.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your data, including chat history, settings, and team configurations, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Partial Data Deletion Request
If you wish to delete specific parts of your data (e.g., certain chat histories, profile information, or media files) without deleting your entire account, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to: support@webtalky.com
- Subject: Partial Data Deletion Request - [Your Name/Email]
- In the body of the email, clearly specify the exact data you want to have removed.
- Our team will review your request and process it within 48 hours, confirming once the specified data has been deleted.
How to Delete Your Entire Account
You can request account deletion by contacting our support team
Via Email Request
You can send an account deletion request to our support team from the email address associated with your account.

- Subject: Full Account Deletion Request - [Your Name/Email]
- Our team will process your request within 48 hours.
What Happens Next?
- Immediate Effect: Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
- Data Removal: We will remove your personal information, chat logs, and any stored data from our active databases within 30 days.
- Backups: Residual data may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being completely purged.
- Subscription: If you have an active paid subscription, it will be cancelled automatically upon deletion. Please note that we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining period.
